HostWild provides Web Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers.
Refunds are limited due to datacenter-based billing.

Refund Eligibility

A refund is issued only if the service is not delivered or cannot be activated due to a fault from HostWild.

No Refund After Activation

Once a service is activated or login details are delivered, it becomes fully non-refundable, even if:

• You don’t use it

• You cancel early

• You choose the wrong plan

• Issues are caused by your own setup or software

No Refund on Abuse

Refunds are not provided if a service is suspended due to:

• Spam

• Resource abuse

• Malware, illegal content, or policy violations

Chargebacks

Payment disputes or chargebacks will result in account termination without refund.
