📜 HostWild – Terms of Service (TOS)

By using HostWild services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Usage

You must use our Web Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers responsibly. Illegal activities, spam, abuse, malware, and harmful content are strictly prohibited.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Securing your data, passwords, and scripts

• Website/software updates and maintenance

• Avoiding overload or abusive use of server resources

HostWild is not responsible for data loss caused by your actions or unmanaged server configurations.

3. Billing

All services are billed monthly.
Payments must be made before the service due date to avoid suspension or termination.
No partial refunds for early cancellation or unused time.

4. Cancellation

To stop service billing, you must cancel before the new billing cycle starts.
Suspended or terminated services are not eligible for restoration without payment.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to host or distribute:

• Spam, phishing, malware, hacking tools

• Porn involving minors, violence, or illegal material

• Fraud, phishing pages, carding, scams, or copyright violation

Any violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Uptime & Support

HostWild provides technical support for server availability.
We are not responsible for third-party applications, scripts, or coding issues.
